Beginners The focus of this class is on technique and skill acquisition for new CrossFitters.

All Levels This class is the Workout of the Day and is paced for maximum intensity.

Scaled WOD This class is an aggressively scaled version of the WOD intended for athletes lacking full range of motion due to pregnancy, injuries or other impingements. Instructor approval is required.
