Then the TwinTown CrossFit Monthly Motivational Meet-Up is for you! On the third Sunday of every month from 1pm to 2:30pm, life coach Laura Harley will be facilitating a session to help you get your spark back. Our first meet-up is Sunday, February 17th at the Uptown gym.
Join us in a casual and supportive setting to learn new ways to stay motivated, encourage each other, and get re-inspired to reach your goals. It is also a great way to get to know more people at the gym. We have an amazing community here at TTCF!
