Three Years Old

Three years ago I got a kooky idea to start a CrossFit gym. Here’s what it looked liked when I started.

There was no energy in the room when I moved in. It was cold and sterile, having sat vacant for years. But since then many, many souls have left their indelible impression on the place. Today the walls hum. I am so truly and humbly grateful to be part of a place where joy lives.
